我が家の新しいk1明日車検😁今回は、僕のk1の復活、僕の親父の復活やらで、概ねの作業は長男坊が担当。二週間ほどで、三十年ほど眠りについていたk1が公道を走れる状態まで復活！ 今日本当は調整したかったが、雨予報😭一発本番と行こう！ 一応、一回公道走ったし、一発でいけるだろう😁 光源に関しては、検査ひっかかったら、長男坊のk1からその場で移植しようという流れで、折り込み済み。 車検終わった後の調整が、結構多そうではある。 乗り手が次男坊。乗り専門の為、なるたけ故障無いようしとかないと、一人孤独に立ち尽くすだろう😁 今年のキャノンボールは楽しみがまた増えた。 我が家の、k1 三台　SG 一台　 友人　k2 一台 計五台でスクラップライダースは参戦だ😁 Our new k1 will be inspected tomorrow 😁This time, my eldest son was in charge of most of the work, including the revival of my k1 and care my father. 多数の問題点が、中身を開ければ開けるほど出てくる😭出てくる😭 次回のキャノンボールまで、1年近くある。時間に追われてない😁 徹底的に直し整備してみよ〜。と三男坊と話、作業開始。 もちろん、細かいところと力技が必要な箇所は長男坊の召喚！ 先週から今週にかけ、解体。 今までの問題から解決していこうと、バラせるだけバラす😁 1.プラグ発電が弱い問題 対策　コンデンサとイグニションコイル新品に変え確認 結果　状況変わらず 課題　ダイナモのオーバーホールして再度確認 2.燃調が狂いまくる問題 対策　キャブレター清掃 結果　パイロットスクリューが折れてた。。。予備のスクリューへ交換 課題　ひとっ走り後、再度、キャブレターの調整 3.アイドリングが高い。低回転で止まる。 対策　ポイント調整 結果　ガバナーのバネが弱すぎて戻りきれてない。 課題　ポイントごと、オークションで落として取り替え これが、2023年、師走の大手術前の検査結果となりました〜😁 は〜〜。部品来たら、yカバー開けて、ポイントとダイナモ交換だな😁👍 まぁ。ほんと。楽しませてくれる😁僕のk1です〜 Numerous issues come up the more you open the contents 😭. Problem of weak plug power generation Countermeasure: Replace the capacitor and ignition coil with new ones and check the results. Result: No change. Issue Overhaul dynamo and check again 2.Fuel mixture is out of tune. Clean the carburetor. Result Pilot was broken. Replaced with a spare pilot. After a long run, adjust the carburetor again. Idling is too high. Stops at low rpm. Countermeasure Point adjustment Result The governor spring is too weak to return. Issue: Drop the entire point at an auction and replace it. This was the result of the inspection before the major surgery in 2023 😁. I'm going to open the y-cover when the parts come in. When the parts come, I'll open the y-cover and replace the points and dynamo 😁👍. Oh well. Really. 本日は晴天なり。太陽フレアとか言って地球は大変な感じではあるが、我らがメグロバカ一家は、晴天イコールひとっ走りでしょうということで、ちょっとした用事を作って、お使いと名目のプチツーリング😁 最近、長男坊の嫁さんもメグロに乗り出して、楽しんでる感じ。 長男坊と横に並んで走ってるとかなり良い感じが出てる😁👍 夫婦でメグロかぁ。うちのお神も乗らないかなぁメグロ。 と考えながらの走り出し😁 プチツーリングの行き先の実家。 今日の目的は爺さんの歩行補助器を持っていくこと。 こっちもなかなか様になってる。サイボーグ戦士みたい😁👍 しばらくすると、昼間はあまり人のいない田舎の町に、警官がやって来た😅　バイク三台で吹かしてうるさい。と苦情？？ うるさいと言ったって、車検通ってるし、フルノーマルの僕たちのメグロ。。。無理。これ以上静かにするのは。それに、これ白バイだったんだよ昔！と言ったら、なんとなく理解して上司納得するため、写真だけ撮らせてと写真取って、警官は帰っていった😁 警官も大変だとつくづく思う。 通報あったら、一応行かないといけないとのことだから。 がんばれー日本の警察官😁👍 It's a sunny day today. 車検通った後の帰り道。。。焼きついた。クラッチ盤？？なぜ？車検前にオイル入れてた。たった10キロちょっとの往復😭すっからかん😭 クラッチ側張り付きなかったから、一旦全てバラしを怠ってしまったツケが来た😭 クラッチ盤裏のオイル止めプレートなんと外れてるし😭だからここからチェーンケースにオイル行ってたわけね😭 まぁ。しょうがない。後期のクラッチ移植するか！ということに。 うおーー。😭今度は、部品取りの後期と前期部品のサイズが違う。わずか、1ミリ未満の差がある😭 チャチャっと後期のクラッチに移植して、ネジ買いに走る予定がまる一日リューターで削っている。 復活まで数日かかるな。こと調子だと😭 まぁ。これで、ストックの張り替えたクラッチ盤使うから、クラッチ側の問題は減るだろうから、まぁいいか😁 On the way home after passing the inspection. No matter. I'm going to transplant a later clutch! So I decided to do it. Oooooo.... 😭Now, the size of the parts for the late model and early model is different. There is a difference of less than 1mm 😭. I was going to just quickly transplant it to the late clutch and run out to buy screws, but now I've been grinding with a router for a whole day. It's going to take a few days to get it back. At this rate 😭 Oh well. 長男坊嫁、メグロデビュー😁出かけにSGエンジンかからず、メグロデビュー諦めかけた長男坊嫁にちょっと待ったと。早速恒例の路上修理。しかも家の前😭諦め悪い僕と長男坊のスクラップライダー親子は、コイル変えようと、速攻整備😁 コイルだった！直った😁そして、出発！ 長男坊！メグロ馬鹿親子だけでは飽き足らず、メグロ馬鹿一家目指してる！ 僕の目指してる家族像😁 そんなアホな家族。日本に少ないと思う😁👍 自我自賛から始まってしまった今回の投稿だけど、びっくり展開があった。 僕、72キロ、長男坊、85キロ、長男坊嫁は、僕らとの体重差40キロほど。 その前提で乗る、メグロSGは馬鹿っ速かった😭メグロスタミナk1を上り坂でぶち抜き、上り坂で加速😭 僕、長男坊が乗るSGには上り坂で加速なんてものは微塵も与えてくれなかった。減速のみだったのに、長男坊嫁が操るSGは華麗としか言いようがない動き😭 僕も、長男坊も、びっくり！ そういうことかぁ。。。と帰ってからの一息で、僕と長男坊は、自分の腹の出具合みて、納得😭 さぁ。メグロテーマのパイオニアラン、そして、今年のキャノンボール楽しみが増えた😁 長男坊嫁も参戦したら、またまた楽しいロングツーリングとなること間違いなし！ さぁ。僕のk1も駄々捏ねさせないよう整備しよう😁👍 My eldest son's wife was about to give up on her Meglo debut when the engine didn't start on her way out the door. またまた、我が家に新しい古いメグロがやってきた😁五台目となる😁👍この子は次男坊が乗る予定。次男坊は乗り専門😅ということで、僕、長男坊、三男坊の素人エンジニアフル稼働😁 今回のメグロはk1初期のボリス。色は黒ベースだが、ところどころ、僕の初期型k1と違うところが。そして、シリンダーベッドも溶接加工してる。過去、ダブルキャブで乗っていたようだ。 とりあえず、今日は、ガスケットが到着してない為、バラしをメインにして、タンク内部の清掃、前輪タイヤの交換、そしてキャブ清掃、スパークテストという流れにした。 やはり、スーパー中学生の三男坊がいると、作業の進みが速い😁 僕はおっさんだし、長男坊はデブの為、動きがのっそりというところをシャキッシャキッと動く😅 年の差？ということにしておこう。 まぁまぁの進み具合で、あと二、三日あれば、エンジン始動とテスト走行できる感じ😁 いいじゃない〜 パイオニアラン間に合うじゃん！ 今週頑張ろう。ジジイはヘトヘトだが。。。 Another new old meglo came to our house 😁This one will be ridden by my second son boy. 今回のテーマ、メグロのパイオニアランに行くために！長男坊とまたまた、バラされた僕のk1を修理。今回は、埼玉の老舗バネ屋さん。小島製作所さんに特注したガバナースプリング交換後、どうせなら、という事で、クラッチ盤を張り替えて、中だけ新車化に着々と進めた😁 クラッチ盤のスプリングとナットはk1後期の部品取りから拝借😁 前期のクラッチ盤のナットには、ワイヤー通す穴が存在しないので、どうせならという感じで😁 いいねー！　なかなかいい感じ。 さぁ。もうちょっとだー😁　半年ほどの眠りからそろそろ覚めてくれ〜 次は、再度ポイント調整と燃調調整で仕上げだな😁👍 To go on the pioneer run! After replacing the governor spring that was specially ordered from Kojima Seisakusho, I decided to reupholster the clutch board and proceeded to make the inside of the car into a new one 😁. The spring and nut of the clutch board were borrowed from the parts collection of the late k1 😁. The clutch board nut of the previous year did not have a hole for the wire 😁. I like it!　It looks pretty good. I'm almost there. Almost there 😁 I hope it's time to wake up from its half year sleep.
